Shipping policy

We aim to fulfil your order and have it booked with your chosen courier company ready for pick up within 24-48 hours of you placing your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order in that time we will notify you of the delay and have your order sent out ASAP. 

We can ship your Kiwi Cooker to your door anywhere in Australia, New Zealand or the world. 

We offer a flat rate of $225 on all Keg cookers to anywhere in NZ. Commercial Cooker shipping rates will be quoted on a case by case basis and will incur a NZ customs import fee to be paid by the customer as the cooker enters the country.

All other global destination will be quoted on a case by case basis and may incur import fees.

Every order has tracked shipping included in the price. Once delivery has been booked you will be emailed with your tracking number and shipment details.

You can find a shipping estimate for your area as you proceed through the checkout. If you have any problems or it says it is unable to ship to your area please contact us.
